We're proud to introduce to you this special program created especially for you and your loved ones. Our Adult Day Health Care Center is committed to providing a nurturing and active adult environment as well as eduducation, support and guidance for your entire family.

Eligibility for our adult day care program requires that the applicant should have a medical condition that requires monitoring, physical therapy or a safe secure area due to cognitive losses, including Alzheimer's Disease.

There is always a team of medical staff on hand to treat the participants of the program. Included is a medical director, a registered nurse, a social worker, physical, occupational and speech therapy, dieticians, and podiatrists. Case management is coordinated and provided through our comprehensive diagnostic and treatment center.
